How to plan and run a research project, from A to Z

 

Design

Objectives

  • Learn the fundamentals of research in dental medicine
  • Understand the process of setting up a research study, from defining a relevant research question to generating the answer
  • Select the appropriate tools for data collection and analysis
  • Successfully plan preclinical or clinical research studies and interpret the acquired data
  • Effectively communicate research findings and acquired knowledge

ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.

Registration

ORA (3-days course):

Student price 1'650 CHF
Non-student price 2,250 CHF



Participants who register for two ORAs at the same time will receive a discount of 200 CHF on the total price.


We only accept registrations through our online platform THE BOX: register here.


Registrations are handled on first come first serve basis.
The Osteology Foundation reserves the rights to close the registration when the course is fully booked.

Getting there

The course will be held at the Hochschule Luzern (Institute of Business and Regional Economics), which is located very close to the main train station.   

Board and lodging

Accommodation is not included in the course price. Please make the necessary arrangements to book your own accommodation.


All lunches, coffee breaks and breakfasts are included in the course price. Two team evenings (incl. dinner) are also included in the course price.
