Terms of payment:

You are solely responsible for deducting and paying all taxes, statutory social insurance contributions and any other charges or levies owed in connection with the compensation fee. The honorarium will be paid out after the event.

Cancellation:

If you must cancel your participation and cannot lecture, please make reasonable efforts and contact us as soon as possible.

 

Osteology education principles

Since the remit of the Osteology Foundation is to foster the education of the practitioners and researchers attending our continuing education events, we take this opportunity to inform you of the rules that speakers should follow:

• Make sure that your presentation is in accordance with the lecture title to avoid any unnecessary overlap with the other lecturers.

• Provide a clear take-home message to the audience at the end of your presentation.

•  Prepare your standpoints based on scientific evidence or clearly state if you present personal experience.

•  Respect patient confidentiality rules and ethical guidelines for animal research.

•  Keep your presentation length to the assigned time slot.

•  Disclose any possible conflict of interest if presenting data from industry-sponsored research.

 

Image and Recording Consent

The Lecturer acknowledges that the Osteology Foundation and/or its authorized representatives may photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture the Lecturer’s image and/or voice during the event. The Lecturer grants the Osteology Foundation, Geistlich Pharma AG and its affiliated companies, including its subsidiaries, the right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute such recordings in any media or format, including websites, blogs, newsletters, magazines, online platforms and social media, for editorial, promotional and commercial purposes.
