Building on the success of the 2025 AAP/AAP Foundation/Osteology Foundation Regeneration Symposium in Toronto, this virtual webinar series continues the conversation on one of implant dentistry’s most pressing challenges.
While dental implants are a widely used solution for replacing missing teeth, peri-implant diseases remain a significant clinical concern, often leading to implant loss and associated tissue morbidity. This series highlights why maintaining adequate soft- and hard-tissue dimensions is essential for long-term implant success.
Join members of the National Osteology Group (NOG) USA and leading international experts, including Anton Sculean, Devorah Schwartz-Arad, and Gustavo Avila-Ortiz, for in-depth discussions, new clinical insights, and practical approaches. Each session features live Q&A and interactive exchanges between speakers and moderators – bringing science closer to daily practice.
As part of your webinar registration, you’ll receive access to the recording of the 2025 AAP/AAPF/OF Regeneration Symposium, allowing you to revisit key insights ahead of the live sessions.

Achieving predictable coverage of single and multiple adjacent recessions remains a key clinical challenge. Multiple factors – including tooth location, anatomy, recession depth and width, and soft tissue characteristics – can limit surgical options and influence outcomes.
This presentation explores the biological rationale behind tunneling techniques and demonstrates step-by-step procedures through clinical cases and high-quality surgical videos. Practical recommendations will be provided to support clinical decision-making and improve outcomes.

Alveolar bone resorption, combined with sinus anatomy, makes the posterior edentulous region particularly challenging. This webinar focuses on vertical and horizontal augmentation using autologous bone and biomaterials to support predictable implant rehabilitation.
Special emphasis is placed on soft tissue management, which plays a critical role in graft protection and healing. Techniques such as the modified palatal roll and the pedicled buccal fat pad provide vascularised coverage and increased tissue thickness – key factors in managing severe atrophy and ensuring long-term stability.
